The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karolin has a takedown stuffed.
Karolin closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Womack's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Karolin wants to pass the guard but Womack is keeping the position.

Womack stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Karolin swivels though and keeps the full guard.
