Val Pacheco Da Silva leaves Rick with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Rick should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

and Val Pacheco Da Silva makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
