Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Super Trooper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Numero Ocho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trooper comes to the cage accompanied by №1. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ocho throws a hook but Trooper avoids it easily.
Trooper fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Trooper fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ocho manages to avoid it.

It looks like Super Trooper has been cut.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Trooper passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Ocho!

Trooper is working for a guillotine from mount but Ocho frees his head quite easily.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Trooper jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Ocho manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Trooper goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Ocho rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Trooper's guard! Nice work there by Ocho!

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Trooper throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ocho's waist but Ocho gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Trooper off to one side.

Ocho pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Trooper back to the cage. Ocho follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Trooper misses with a takedown attempt - Ocho sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Super Trooper. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Trooper looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ocho is fending him off so far but Trooper persists. Nope, Ocho circles away and we're back to standing.

Trooper fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Ocho sprawls well initially but Trooper persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Trooper stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ocho swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Trooper has gone for a leg lock! Ocho slips out almost immediately though and dives into Trooper's guard.

I would just about give that final round to Numero Ocho.
