And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Abdullah Zaire!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Winston Howard and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stoney misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Zaire.
Zaire tries to land a front kick but Stoney steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Zaire is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Stoney.
Zaire tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Stoney manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Stoney gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Zaire.
An inside leg kick lands from Zaire.
Zaire tries for a takedown but Stoney sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Stoney catches Zaire with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Jammy Stoney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stoney digs a good hook to Zaire's body.
Zaire lands with a thumping leg kick.
Zaire takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Stoney keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Zaire seems to have recovered his senses.

Zaire drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The ground and pound from Zaire seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Zaire in side control, throwing shots but Stoney defends.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Stoney wants to control but Zaire postures up.
Zaire scores with punches from side control.
Zaire advances nicely into full mount.
Zaire is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Stoney can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Stoney can't escape the position.
Stoney on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Stoney tries to get out of the position.

Stoney tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Zaire looking for a guillotine from mount but Stoney is having none of it.
Zaire pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Stoney regains half guard.
Stoney is trying to stand back up but Zaire is controlling him
Stoney wants to improve his position but Zaire is controlling well.
Stoney blocking the ground and pound attempt from Zaire.
Zaire looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Zaire seems to be looking for submissions.
Zaire tries to pass to full mount but Stoney defends it.
Stoney tries to get to full guard but Zaire has control of the leg.

Zaire is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Stoney doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Zaire.
Zaire perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Zaire is working for a submission of some sort.
Zaire prevents Stoney from standing back up.
Stoney is looking to improve his position.
Stoney knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zaire on the ground.
Zaire works his way into full mount!

Zaire wants to finish this one by submission but Stoney is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Zaire.

Stoney takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Oh Stoney is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Zaire postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Stoney badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Zaire around the waist but Zaire pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Zaire is the winner by TKO! Zaire jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
