Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lincoln Xerex!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Matt Trang!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Viktor Lagutenko and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xerex throws a right and a left that Trang avoids nicely.
Trang pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Trang misses with a takedown attempt - Xerex sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Xerex misses with a combination
and Trang moves into the clinch.
Trang lands an elbow just above Xerex 's eye.
Trang prevents a body shot from Xerex.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Trang is stalling here.
Xerex is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Trang is keeping busy.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Xerex utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Trang tightens his grip and picks Xerex up, before dumping him to the ground. Xerex manages to land in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Trang's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Trang drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Trang seems to have locked his on tight now - Xerex screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Trang, as he picks up the win!
