The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia looks to land a left hand but Requina moved out of range nicely.
Requina pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Nice defenses there by Requina.
Requina swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Requina blocks a jab.
Requina jabs Garcia right on the nose. Garcia blinks but takes it well.
A looping hook to the body misses from Garcia. Requina does a little dance to reset his feet.
Garcia gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Requina counters with a crisp one two that drops Garcia! Requina thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Garcia to his feet! Garcia is in big trouble!
Garcia is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Garcia walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Garcia limp body while Requina jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
