PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lex Vanhorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Austin Rumble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vanhorn comes into the arena with Cult of Personality blaring out of the sound system. Rumble has chosen Click Click Boom as his entrance music. Austin Rumble told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vanhorn fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Rumble to the ground. Vanhorn is now in Rumble's guard.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Rumble tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Vanhorn throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rumble's waist but Rumble gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Vanhorn off to one side.

A frustrated look appears on Rumble's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Rumble wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Vanhorn has him pressed against the ropes.

Vanhorn jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rumble walks away with a smile on his face. Vanhorn gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
The crowd cheers as Rumble lands an impressive looking overhand right. Vanhorn doesn't seem phased though.
