The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Sam. No joy for Chaos on that attempt.
Chaos on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Sam misses with a wild combination.

Chaos forces Sam back against the cage and clinches.
Sam prevents the takedown attempt.
Chaos tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Sam smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for DJ Chaos. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A cross from Sam lands.
Chaos shoots in but Sam avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sam swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
DJ Chaos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chaos throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Chaos misses with a takedown attempt - Sam sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Chaos fails with the takedown.
Good exchange - Sam coming out on top.

Chaos walks straight into a right hand from Sam - that's dropped him! Sam jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Chaos from any more punishment! Chaos complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
