The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goncalves moves in looking to clinch but God of Thunder pushes him off.
Goncalves throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around God of Thunder's waist but God of Thunder gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Goncalves off to one side.
God of Thunder lands a nice shot to the body.
