Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hasheem Njoukuaku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lux Interior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Njoukuaku comes to the cage accompanied by I'll Still-50 Cent, Akon. Interior has chosen Garbage Man, by The Cramps as his entrance music. Hasheem Njoukuaku had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.7lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Lux Interior has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Hasheem Njoukuaku's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice combo by Interior! Oh, that's hurt him - Njoukuaku falls to the canvas and Interior follows him into side control.

Njoukuaku is rocked!
Njoukuaku is looking for a sweep.
Oh Njoukuaku is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Interior tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Interior has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Interior decides to stand back up. Interior steps back and let's Njoukuaku get back to his feet.
Njoukuaku tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Njoukuaku throws a hook but Interior blocks it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Njoukuaku tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Interior throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Njoukuaku blocks it with crossed arms.

Interior gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Njoukuaku regains guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Njoukuaku can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Interior controls the pace.
Interior slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Njoukuaku trying his best to control but Interior has mounted him.
Interior pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Let's hope that Interior has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Interior has control of Njoukuaku's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Njoukuaku regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Njoukuaku wants to control but Interior is having none of it.

Njoukuaku is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Njoukuaku is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Interior throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Njoukuaku has his hands clasped together but Interior breaks the hold and Njoukuaku is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Interior!
