Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between The Azazel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirco Crocop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Azazel might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Black Eyed Peas - Boom Boom Pow. Crocop comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Scars of life - Water in my hands kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Sergei Dronov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Azazel gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Crocop counters with a body kick that stops Azazel in his tracks momentarily.
Azazel tries for a takedown but Crocop circles away easily
and Crocop counters with a solid body kick.
Azazel misses with a takedown
and Crocop makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Azazel really felt that one!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for The Azazel. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Azazel shoots in for a takedown but Crocop shows good takedown defense.
Azazel blocks a head kick by Crocop.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Crocop counters with a flying knee. Nice.

Azazel is trying hard to land a takedown here. Crocop sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Azazel throws a jab but it's blocked by Crocop.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Azazel.
Crocop lands with a slapping head kick.
It looks like The Azazel has been cut.
Azazel fails with a takedown attempt.
Azazel misses with a straight left.
Azazel fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Crocop.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Crocop tries to land a front kick but Azazel steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Crocop leaves Azazel with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Azazel tries for a takedown but Crocop sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Crocop throws a sloppy head kick and Azazel moves out of range easily.

Crocop pulls out of a head kick attempt.
The Azazel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Crocop lands a nice looking body shot.
Crocop gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Azazel.
Azazel wants to clinch.
Crocop walks into a left hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Azazel shoots in looking for a takedown. Crocop tries to sprawl out of it but Azazel keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Crocop manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Azazel will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Azazel tries to score a power double leg takedown but Crocop sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Azazel somewhat.
Crocop circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Azazel drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Crocop follows Azazel to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mirco Crocop!
Our winner, Mirco Crocop, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
