The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sylwia thuds his shin into the meat of Flame's side.
Flame keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Flame misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Sylwia fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Flame avoids it really well and circles away.

Sylwia shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Flame as he jumps to the side.

Sylwia closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Sylwia remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Flame can do anything to dispel that myth.
