Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Micheals (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spider Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Micheals might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Whoa is Me. Spider Machida has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?
