The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tatum connects with a single shot there.

It looks like Salad might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Salad has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Tatum's face.
Salad lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Salad cracks Tatum with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

He's trying desperately to grab hold of Salad around the waist but Salad pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Salad is the winner by TKO! Salad jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
