Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hank Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terrance Fortuna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taylor comes to the cage accompanied by Blame Canada. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Ian Loll and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fortuna throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fortuna lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Taylor circles away quickly and effectively.
The crowd cheers as Fortuna lands an impressive looking overhand right. Taylor doesn't seem phased though.

It looks like Hank Taylor has been cut.
Some wild striking there from Fortuna.
A looping hook to the body misses from Fortuna. Taylor does a little dance to reset his feet.
Taylor misses with a two punch combination.
Fortuna just misses with a punch to the body.
Taylor scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Terrance Fortuna has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Taylor!
Fortuna tries to clinch up.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Taylor, as that shot connected.
Taylor feints and then cracks Fortuna's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Fortuna down.
Fortuna dodges the punch combination from Taylor.
Taylor misses with a few strikes there.
Fortuna takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Taylor fails to land with a series of punches.
Taylor thumps Fortuna with a low kick.
A big right from Fortuna misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fortuna tries to clinch but Taylor is having none of it.
A punch combination from Fortuna misses.
Fortuna moves out of range of the body kick from Taylor.
Fortuna lands a jab.
Taylor lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

That has opened up Terrance Fortuna's cut even more.
Fortuna throws a right hand that misses
and Taylor counters with a straight right hand.
Taylor moves out of range as Fortuna strikes.
Taylor looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Fortuna looks gassed!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fortuna takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Taylor lands a left and a right that send Fortuna crashing to the mat, dazed. Taylor thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Fortuna drops his hands for a split second and Taylor immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Fortuna face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Taylor follows up with a right hand that knocks Fortuna into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
