Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jake Sully (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Payton Wright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sully comes to the cage accompanied by I See You. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright looks to land a left hand but Sully moved out of range nicely.
Sully takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Sully is looking to score with low kicks.
The fighters circling - Sully throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Wright is looking to land body kicks.
Jake Sully seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Sully is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Wright prevents Sully from getting the reversal.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wright takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Payton Wright hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Wright turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

That was a close round but I would say that Jake Sully will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Sully fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Sully walks into a left hand.
Wright throws a front kick that sends Sully stumbling back into the cage.
A left lands for Wright.
Wright jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Sully misses with an uppercut.
Sully throws a looping overhand right but Wright ducks down to avoid it.
A slapping leg kick lands for Wright.
Nice jab there from Wright.
Wright scoring well with a low kick there.
Wright lands with a cross.

Sully is rocked!
Payton Wright seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Wright throws an overhand right that drops Sully like a sack of potatoes! Wright dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
