The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva avoids the head kick by Spooner.
Nice straight punches there by Spooner. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Spooner.
A jab from Spooner finds it's way through Silva's defenses.
Spooner slaps away a takedown attempt from Silva, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Spooner stuffs the takedown.
Silva fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fedor Crocop Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Spooner throws a sloppy head kick and Silva moves out of range easily.

Spooner cracks Silva with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Silva looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Spooner finish him?

Silva gets tackled into the cage by Spooner. Spooner maintains the clinch.
Oh Silva is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Spooner pushes Silva against the cage. Spooner is working some dirty boxing. Spooner pushes off with a quick right hook! Silva goes down! Silva tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Spooner moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
