Wankerzich comes to the cage accompanied by Medical song. Edward Gamer will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gamer lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Wankerzich gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Wankerzich scores with an uppercut up the middle.

It looks like Edward Gamer has been cut.

Gamer breaks the clinch.
Gamer avoids the head kick by Wankerzich.
Wankerzich throws a sloppy head kick and Gamer moves out of range easily.
Wankerzich is looking to chop away at Gamer's legs.
Jens Wankerzich seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wankerzich tries to clinch but Gamer moves away

and Gamer holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Wankerzich breaks from the clinch.
Gamer's corner calls for a 1-2. Gamer obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Wankerzich shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Wankerzich throws a push kick but Gamer slaps the foot to one side.
Gamer takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Wankerzich tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Wankerzich tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Gamer scores with a decent looking hook.
Wankerzich's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Gamer connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Wankerzich scrambles back to his feet.

Wankerzich has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Wankerzich there as he acknowledges the shot.
Wankerzich throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Wankerzich looks for the body kick but Gamer saw that one coming.
Wankerzich tries to clinch up but Gamer circles away and keeps his distance.
Wankerzich tries to clinch but Gamer is having none of it.
Gamer moves out of range of the body kick from Wankerzich.
Gamer cracks the inside of Wankerzich's front leg.

Wankerzich pushes Gamer up against the cage in a clinch.
Wankerzich throws a punch but it's blocked by Gamer.

Gamer breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Gamer misses with a two punch combination.
Gamer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wankerzich stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gamer takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Gamer throws a front kick that sends Wankerzich stumbling back into the cage.

A head kick misses from Wankerzich.
Wankerzich is breathing heavily.
Wankerzich takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Gamer lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Gamer lands a nice hook to Wankerzich's body. Wankerzich takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Wankerzich on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Gamer uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Gamer throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Gamer fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Gamer grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Wankerzich takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Gamer cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
