Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Junior Rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rohan Azrei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rivera comes to the cage accompanied by Push it to the Limit - Rick Ross. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivera misses with a kick to the body.
Azrei tries to clinch
and Rivera counters with a nice leg kick.
Rivera cracks a nice hook into Azrei's ribs.
Azrei wants to clinch but Rivera slips to the side
and Azrei takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Azrei tries to close the distance and clinch but Rivera swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Azrei darts in trying to clinch
and Rivera counters with a flying knee. Nice.
No luck for Rivera with that takedown attempt.
Azrei has managed to clinch.
Azrei landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Rivera lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Azrei backwards.
Rivera stalling in the clinch but Azrei improves position.

and Rivera counters with a good, hard body kick but Azrei shrugs it off.
Azrei throws a nice looking combination but Rivera bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Rivera misses with a body kick.
Azrei tries to clinch up but Rivera circles away and keeps his distance.
Azrei takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Rivera lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Azrei pulls out of a head kick attempt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Azrei looks to throw the jab but Rivera is out of range.
Rivera looks for the body kick but Azrei saw that one coming.
Rivera takes a swing at Azrei's ribcage but misses.

Rohan Azrei seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Azrei tries to close the distance and clinch but Rivera swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Rivera lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Azrei tries to clinch but Rivera moves out of range.

Rivera lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Azrei tries to clinch
and Rivera makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Azrei really felt that one!
Azrei rushes Rivera and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Azrei blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Rivera creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Azrei misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Rivera.

Rivera manages to break the clinch.
Rivera is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Azrei's half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Azrei is in trouble now - Rivera has advanced to mount!
Rivera lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Rivera looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Azrei is squirming around, avoiding Rivera's attempts to control the action.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Rivera cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Junior Rivera dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Rivera throws a low kick, looking for Azrei's leg but Azrei calmly moves out of range.
Azrei throws the left hand but Rivera avoids the punch easily.
Azrei tries to clinch but Rivera moves away
and Rivera counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Azrei!
A big strike lands for Rivera! That's really hurt Azrei and he's turned his back - Rivera keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Rivera jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Junior Rivera!

Junior Rivera decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
