Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ass Destroyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rajesh Koothrappali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koothrappali misses with a takedown attempt

so Destroyer counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Koothrappali keeping moving, preventing Destroyer from controlling successfully.
Destroyer might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Koothrappali looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Destroyer puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Well, if Destroyer is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Koothrappali is trying to control but can't.

Destroyer escapes and gets back to his feet.

and Destroyer counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Destroyer tries to score a body lock takedown but Koothrappali shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Destroyer gets control of Koothrappali's arms and successfully pulls guard. Destroyer will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ass Destroyer.
Destroyer will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Destroyer displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Koothrappali.
Koothrappali wants to clinch but Destroyer slips to the side

and Destroyer counters with a nice double leg into side control. Koothrappali won't be happy with that.
Koothrappali wants to control but Destroyer postures up.

Destroyer decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Koothrappali fails with an attempt to clinch.
Koothrappali throws a head kick that misses.

Destroyer scores a takedown into full mount!

Destroyer working for a submission but Koothrappali is keeping him at bay.
Koothrappali is trying to reverse the position but instead Destroyer has taken his back - oops!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Destroyer is cranking Koothrappali's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Koothrappali! He's tightened the choke and Koothrappali is tapping out!
