Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 28 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Beaumont McHale!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Charlie Utter!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from McHale.
Nice defenses there by McHale.
Utter fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
McHale misses with a jab, cross combination.
Utter throws a nice looking combination but McHale bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Utter throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
McHale fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Utter shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with McHale but McHale pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Utter shoots in for a takedown but McHale shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Beaumont McHale has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Charlie Utter.

That's one minute gone in the round.
McHale slips a jab and a cross from Utter.
Horrible takedown by Utter or perhaps it was just good defense by McHale which made him look bad.

McHale feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Utter working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from McHale.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Utter can do anything to dispel that myth.
Utter utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
McHale working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
McHale trying to control the position from guard on top but Utter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
McHale slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells McHale's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
McHale wants to pass the guard but Utter is keeping the position.
Utter avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
McHale trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Utter is trying to keep McHale in close.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Utter seems keen to control McHale's posture.
Utter wants to sweep but no luck.
McHale trying to control the position from guard on top but Utter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
McHale throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
McHale throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

And that's the end of the fight!
Beaumont McHale showed his dominance in that final round.
Well McHale has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
