He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Ari Antenni has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Antenni throws a jab when Mannersormi was well out of range.
Mannersormi throws an overhand right that lands on Antenni's shoulder, as Antenni tries to avoid the shot.
The fighters circling - Mannersormi throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Mannersormi misses with a two punch combination.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Mannersormi's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mannersormi connects with a nice short shot to Antenni's temple.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
