Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Beaumont McHale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edgars Simans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Simans has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McHale fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Simans sprawls well initially but McHale persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Simans looks gassed!
McHale looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Simans really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McHale. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. McHale connects with a nice short shot to Simans's temple.
Simans is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McHale is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Simans is hurt! He's hurt bad - McHale fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Simans from any more punishment! Congratulations to McHale! Great finish!
