Jackson gets caught flat footed, as Mullen shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Jackson is looking for a triangle but Mullen pushes his legs off easily.
Mullen wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Jackson's closed guard. He's half up but Jackson has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Jackson pivots and extends the arm, Mullen falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Jackson! Well done that man!
