Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between El Chihuahua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kinjo Sasake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chihuahua comes to the cage accompanied by Cypress Hill - Rise Up. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, El Chihuahua!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Kinjo Sasake!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Ryoma Takatsuka and Roger Salmon.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sasake chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Chihuahua can pounce on him.
Chihuahua lands with a hook. Sasake tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Chihuahua thuds a left hand into Sasake's body.
Sasake avoids the body shot from Chihuahua.
Sasake uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Chihuahua.
Sasake misses with a looping left.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Chihuahua lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Sasake has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Sasake and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Chihuahua buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
El Chihuahua seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sasake fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Chihuahua manages to avoid it.
Chihuahua fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Sasake has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sasake throws a hook to the side of Chihuahua's head but Chihuahua sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Sasake is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Chihuahua is surviving well by controlling Sasake's body position as best he can.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sasake goes for an armbar but Chihuahua turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Chihuahua.

That was a close round but I would say that El Chihuahua will probably get the nod.

Kinjo Sasake showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to El Chihuahua.
