The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shamrock closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kaewke circles away.
Shamrock gets tackled into the cage by Kaewke. Kaewke maintains the clinch.
Kaewke with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Ken Shamrock has been cut.
Shamrock can't get the takedown.
Kaewke tries a body shot but Shamrock blocks it.
Kaewke lands a knee to the head.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Kaewke.
Shamrock goes for a takedown in the clinch but Kaewke prevents it.
Amarin Kaewke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ken Shamrock.
Kaewke comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Shamrock is rocked!
Kaewke lands a knee to the head.
Shamrock is still on wobbly legs! Can Kaewke finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kaewke landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Shamrock seems to have recovered his senses.
Kaewke scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Kaewke jerks Shamrock's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Shamrock drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Kaewke goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Kaewke because Shamrock was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
