Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Frank Cannon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Beelze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Beelze closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Beelze prevents Cannon from improving his position.
Cannon pushes Beelze off looking to stand but Beelze dives back in and keeps control.
Cannon wants to control but Beelze is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Beelze thows a huge punch but Cannon dodges it nicely.

Beelze is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Cannon is just riding it out for now. Beelze eventually gives up the hold.

Beelze is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Cannon defends it well.

Beelze has hold of Cannon's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Cannon tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Beelze cranks the arm and Cannon screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Cannon, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
