The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Micheangelo Fripello and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taker has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Taker there as he acknowledges the shot.
Jab, jab by Sanchez - just one landing.
Sanchez thows a body shot but no joy.
Sanchez looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Taker throws a body punch but Sanchez moves out of range.
A big left from Taker misses.
Sanchez really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sanchez connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Taker looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Sanchez won't allow Taker to pass to mount.
Sanchez makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Sanchez.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Taker is keen to just control but Sanchez is a slippery customer.

Taker takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
