Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Robert Gibson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Street!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Russell Pearce and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gibson shoots in for a double leg but Street sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Gibson lands a nice looking body shot.
Street tries to clinch but Gibson moves away
and Gibson counters with a stiff right hand.
Gibson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

A bone on bone clash there as Gibson blocks the leg kick.
Street feints and then cracks Gibson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gibson down.
Street fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Gibson checks it well.

Street lands a big head kick that sends Gibson tumbling to the mat! Street takes a step backwards and waves Gibson back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Street seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gibson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Street is stalling here. Gibson is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Street seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Gibson has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
You can see the frustration on Street's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Gibson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Street's guard.
Street manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Robert Gibson's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Michael Street!
Michael Street decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
