Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Demetrius Nedram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimyr Alucard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nedram comes to the cage accompanied by Stupidify. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Demetrius Nedram!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vladimyr Alucard!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alucard shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Nedram as he jumps to the side.
Alucard looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
A head kick misses from Nedram.

Nedram bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Nedram works to advance to full mount. Alucard defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Nedram wants to finish this one by submission but Alucard is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Nedram.

Nedram stands up from mount. Strange move.

Nedram misses with a takedown

and Alucard decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Nedram's guard.
Nedram bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Alucard's guard.

Nedram is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Alucard is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Alucard has escaped and now he's on top!

Nedram has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Alucard can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Nedram escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Alucard gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Nedram manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Nedram mounts Alucard! Really nice guard pass there!

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Nedram with a poor takedown

and Alucard counters with a nice double leg into side control. Nedram won't be happy with that.
Nedram is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Alucard is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nedram is trying desperately to improve position.
Alucard wants to get back to his feet but Nedram is holding on tight.
Alucard is breathing heavily.

Nedram wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Nedram tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Nedram slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Nedram is pressing down on Alucard's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Demetrius Nedram overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Nedram manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Nedram is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Alucard has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Alucard!

Alucard stops Nedram from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Nedram moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Alucard has worked his arm free - good work by Alucard!

Nedram stands up and we're back to a striking position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Vladimyr Alucard will probably get the nod - 10:9.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Nedram scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Nedram lands a nice forearm strike.

Nedram swings around for an armbar but Alucard sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Nedram's guard.
Alucard takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Alucard won't allow Nedram to sweep him here.

Nedram is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Alucard would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Nedram kicks Alucard off and gets to his feet.
Nedram doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Alucard counters with a single leg into guard. Nedram didn't expect that.

Nedram has his foot on Alucard's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Alucard works his way back into a safe position though.

Nedram is looking for a triangle but Alucard pushes his legs off easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
