Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Setsuko Sasaki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grappler drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Sasaki is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Grappler is aware though and is defending well.
Grappler postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Sasaki is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Grappler, into his guard.
Sasaki wants to control from the top but Grappler keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Grappler has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sasaki can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Grappler lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Sasaki!

Sasaki could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Sasaki has given up his back. Will we see Grappler going for some submissions?

Sasaki is trying to shake Grappler off. He's managed it and has hopped back to his feet! Grappler won't be happy about giving up the dominant position.
Grappler drives through with a takedown into guard.

Grappler is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Sasaki looks calm but he's in trouble here. Grappler gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Sasaki is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Grappler lets go of the hold and Sasaki can pop his arm back in it's socket.
