Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Joey Diamond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Clement (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diamond's entrance music is Youth Gone Wild- Skid Row. A fine choice. Clement has chosen Infinite Mass - Bullet as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clement takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Sloppy strikes from Diamond. Those never looked like landing.
Diamond throws a head kick that misses.

Diamond defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Clement.
Clement shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Diamond sprawls well. Diamond wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Clement gets slowly back to his feet.

Clement tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Diamond was well out of range. Poor timing from Clement.

Oooh a lovely combination from Diamond sends Clement down but not out. Diamond dives into side control looking to finish.

Diamond decides to stand back up. Diamond steps back and let's Clement get back to his feet.

Clement moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Diamond has worked his arm free - good work by Diamond!
Diamond on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Diamond tries to get out of the position.
Diamond pushes Clement away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Clement gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Diamond explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!

and Diamond counters with a series of strikes that sends Clement to the canvas! Diamond follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!
Diamond is looking to stand up but Clement won't let him.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Clement is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Diamond.
Diamond connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Clement's hands.

Diamond is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Clement can do to turn this around?

Diamond closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Clement! Diamond dives in looking to finish! Clement is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
