Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Along Recto!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Taro Takaoka and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Recto slips a straight right by Kin.
That kick from Kin tenderised Recto's leg. Recto is trying to keep his angry face on.
Recto misses with a takedown attempt - Kin sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Kin moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Recto takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Kin lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Recto is looking to clinch but Kin is avoiding it.
Kin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
An inside leg kick lands from Kin.

Recto throws a right and a left that Kin avoids nicely.
Kin throws a quick inside leg kick.
Recto keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kin.

Recto stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kin.

Taiei Kin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kin pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Kin connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Kin lands a front kick.
Recto's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kin connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Recto scrambles back to his feet.

Kin is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Kin sizes up Recto with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Recto is trying desperately to land a takedown but Kin is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Recto.

Recto takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Recto takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Kin throws a good cross that connects.
Crunch! Kin slams his shin into Recto's torso.
Recto throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Recto tries for a takedown but Kin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Recto on the wrong end of a nice jab.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Recto tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kin was well out of range. Poor timing from Recto.
Recto shoots in and drives through. Kin sprawls well.
Kin connects with a jab.
Kin stalks Recto and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Recto's face. Recto staggers backwards, shaken.
Kin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Recto.
Recto's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Recto walks into a left hand.
Recto ducks under a wild hook from Kin.
Recto fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Taiei Kin dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
A head kick misses from Kin.
Kin displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Recto throws out the jab.
Kin scoring well with a low kick there.
Kin scores with a leg kick.
No luck for Recto with that takedown attempt.
Kin explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Kin lands a lovely overhand right.

Recto closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Recto might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Kin has got the better of the exchanges.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Along Recto is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Kin connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Recto has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kin.
Kin cracks Recto with a right hand to the side of the head.
The fighters circle momentarily. Kin darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Kin tests Recto's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Kin lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Kin lands with a kick to the ribs.
Kin lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Recto backs up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Recto shoots in looking for a takedown but Kin manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Recto's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Kin leaves Recto with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Kin fails to land with a series of punches.

Recto checks the leg kick nicely there.
Recto throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kin was covering up waiting for the punch and Recto finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Recto is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Recto passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Kin on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kin tries to get out of the position.
Kin is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Recto is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Kin looks calm but he's in trouble here. Recto gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Kin is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Recto lets go of the hold and Kin can pop his arm back in it's socket.
