Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Micheangelo Fripello and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Left hook, right uppercut from Dale.
It looks like Mr Ward has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ward shoots in for a takedown but Dale shows good takedown defense.
Ward walks into a straight right hand from Dale.
Dale lands a nice hook to Ward's body. Ward takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Ward.
Dale displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ward.
Steve Dale has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mr Ward.
Dale cracks Ward with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Ward looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Dale finish him?
That has opened up Mr Ward's cut even more.
Ward looks gassed!
Ward looks up at the clock. Bad move! Dale lands a right hand from hell, dropping Ward. Dale pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
