The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Polio changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mubarak tries to avoid it but Polio manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mubarak to the ground. Mubarak escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Polio shoots for a takedown but Mubarak saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Polio is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Mubarak to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Mubarak shrugs it off.

Polio goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Mubarak turns into him and now he's in Polio's guard.
