Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mediocrity Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dragao Boker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mediocrity Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dragao Boker!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Boker is defended easily by Jones.
Jones with a hook.
Boker is trying hard to land a takedown here. Jones sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Boker ducks right into an uppercut from Jones.
Boker fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jones avoids it really well and circles away.
Mediocrity Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dragao Boker.
Jones connects with a good right hand that stumbles Boker. Boker circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Jones lands a jab to Boker's midsection.
Jones stuns Boker with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Jones cracks Boker with a right hand to the side of the head.
Jones uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jones lands with a shot to the body.
Boker walks into a stiff left hand from Jones.
Jones scores with a hook to the body. Boker takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Jones throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Boker's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Jones dives in looking to finish as Boker flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Jones's strikes! Jones is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Boker's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Boker was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
