Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Colin Ferraro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Von Erich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Von Erich is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by I always feel like somebody is watching me. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Colin Ferraro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kevin Von Erich!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Alexandre Firmino and Daniel Cesar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferraro misses with a head kick.

Ferraro decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Ferraro tries to stand and escape but Von Erich is controlling the position.
Von Erich punching from the bottom.
Von Erich has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Von Erich tries to roll over but Ferraro keeps him under control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ferraro wants to free his trapped foot but Von Erich is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Von Erich is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Von Erich is defending against the submission attempts here by Ferraro.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Von Erich tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ferraro swivels and escapes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Von Erich throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ferraro's waist but Ferraro gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Von Erich off to one side.
A big left from Ferraro misses.
Von Erich fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Colin Ferraro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kevin Von Erich.
Von Erich shoots in looking for a takedown. Ferraro tries to sprawl out of it but Von Erich keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ferraro manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ferraro moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Von Erich looks gassed!
Ferraro is looking to clinch.
Ferraro tries to clinch up but Von Erich circles away and keeps his distance.
Ferraro has his takedown stuffed
and Von Erich counters with a one-two to the body.
Ferraro pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Von Erich doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Ferraro counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Von Erich is rocked!

Ferraro is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Ferraro has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Von Erich's face.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A big strike lands for Ferraro! That's really hurt Von Erich and he's turned his back - Ferraro keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Ferraro Jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
