And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Richard Cranium!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel scores with a decent looking hook.

Steel tries to keep at a distance but Cranium has taken the fight into the clinch.

It looks like Richard Cranium has been cut.

Cranium tries to break the clinch but Steel is controlling the position.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Steel takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Jim Steel.

Steel is looking to slow Cranium down with leg kicks.
Cranium shoots in but Steel avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Steel lands a two punch combo.

Steel goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Good exchange - Steel coming out on top.
Steel lands a jab to the head.

Steel drops Cranium with a beautiful combination! Cranium stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Steel is looking for the KO!


Cranium is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Steel! Cranium is backing up but he can't get away as Steel lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Cranium and ends the fight. Great knockout.
