Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Homer Wu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabricio Werdum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wu's entrance music is I'm Good - Y.G.. A fine choice. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Wu enables Werdum to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Wu manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Werdum is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Wu is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Wu has escaped and now he's on top!

Werdum is in all sorts of trouble here.

Wu's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Werdum is controlling an arm, preventing Wu from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

I really don't envy Werdum right now.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

In his post fight interview, Homer Wu started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
