Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Seagar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kalam Mekhar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John Seagar had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Kalam Mekhar has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kalam Mekhar!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Mekhar.
Seagar looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Mekhar throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like John Seagar has been cut.
Seagar throws a nice looking combination but Mekhar bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Seagar walks into a stiff left hand from Mekhar.
Mekhar slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Seagar is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Mekhar.
Oh Seagar is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Seagar seems to have got his legs back now.
Mekhar lands a big right hook! Seagar looks hurt but is still standing! Mekhar lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Seagar falls down and Mekhar dives in with a huge hammer fist! Seagar's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Mekhar runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Kalam Mekhar!
