Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tap Out (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Tentheros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tap Out!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ken Tentheros!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Donatello Bradman and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Out looks to land a combination but Tentheros avoids it well.
Out misses the jab.
Tentheros checks a leg kick.
Out moves out of range as Tentheros throws a body kick.
Out misses with a wild combination.
Tentheros tries to clinch there but Out circles away.
Out checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Out fails to land with a series of punches.
Out misses with a straight right.
Tentheros misses with a series of wild punches.
Out lands with a nice body punch.
Out misses with a combination
and Tentheros counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Out is lucky that one didn't land flush.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tentheros wants to clinch.
Tentheros moves out of range of the leg kick from Out.
Out throws a body punch but Tentheros moves out of range.
Tentheros buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Out lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Tentheros at a distance.

Out gets caught napping as Tentheros dives in and scores a takedown. Out manages to retain guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Tentheros tries to free his leg and advance position but Out is retaining full guard.
Tentheros wants to control from the top but Out keeps moving.
Tentheros lands a couple of decent looking shots.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tentheros passes Out's left leg - he's now in half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tentheros wants to lay and pray for a moment but Out keeps working.
Nice strikes from Tentheros there.
Tentheros wants to free his trapped foot but Out is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Tentheros working Out over with strikes.
Tentheros is looking to take a break and control but Out is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Out makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Out.
Tentheros tries to free his leg and advance position but Out is retaining full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tentheros is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Out trying to keep a closed guard but Tentheros is proving a slippery customer.
Tentheros wants to control from the top but Out keeps moving.
Tentheros trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Tentheros throwing strikes from guard but Out blocks nicely.

Out tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Tentheros missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Tentheros pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Tentheros lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Tentheros looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
That kick from Tentheros tenderised Out's leg. Out is trying to keep his angry face on.
Tentheros wants to clinch up but Out keeps it at a distance.
Out misses with a wild combination.
A nice inside leg kick there by Tentheros. That's going to slow Out down.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Out walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
A big right from Out misses.
Out throws a leg kick but Tentheros sees it coming and checks it nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ken Tentheros dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!


Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Tentheros lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Out has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Out and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Out lands a glancing blow to the side of Tentheros's head.
Ken Tentheros seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Out will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tentheros moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Out misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tentheros.
Out throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.


It looks like Ken Tentheros has been cut.
Out misses with a body kick.
Out throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Out on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Tentheros. Tentheros obviously looking to wear him down.
Tentheros lands a jab.
Ken Tentheros seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Out throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Tentheros counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A chopping leg kick lands by Tentheros.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Out slips a jab from Tentheros.
Tap Out is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Tentheros feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Out utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Out keeping full guard, as Tentheros tries to pass.
Tentheros passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Tentheros has hold of Out's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Out tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Tentheros cranks the arm and Out screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Out, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Ken Tentheros!
