The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Maimer lands a big right hand that sends Assassin crashing to the mat! Maimer stays standing though and waves Assassin back to his feet!

It looks like Alaskan Assassin has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Assassin tries to clinch
and Maimer counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Maimer lands a big uppercut and Assassin crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Assassin looks OK. Maimer waves Assassin back to his feet!

Assassin is rocked!
Maimer plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Assassin to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Assassin just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
