The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kikkas drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Overdreem closes the distance and clinches.
Overdreem creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

It looks like Osvald Kikkas has been cut.
Overdreem can't find room to land a body shot as Kikkas controls the action.
Overdreem lands with a short shot to the head.
Overdreem lands a knee to the head.
Overdreem lands a damaging elbow.
Overdreem lands an elbow that stopped Kikkas in his tracks for a moment.
Overdreem has Kikkas pressed against the ropes.

Kikkas takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Starim Stal Overdreem is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Overdreem, as that shot connected.
Kikkas is trying hard to land a takedown here. Overdreem sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Overdreem pushes Kikkas away with a front kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Overdreem cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Kikkas is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Overdreem just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Kikkas has gone limp and this one is over!
