Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mahut Uno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Alice In Chains - Rooster. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Williams gets tackled into the cage by Uno. Uno maintains the clinch.
Uno looking to throw knees to the head but Williams is blocking nicely.
With the fighters up against the cage, Uno throws an elbow but misses.
Uno lands a good knee to the midsection. Williams won't want to take too many of those.
Williams takes an elbow to the temple.
Williams blocks an uppercut.
Uno lands a knee to the head.

Williams breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Williams keeps the fight on the outside.
Uno swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Horrible takedown by Uno or perhaps it was just good defense by Williams which made him look bad.

Uno throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Williams blocks it with crossed arms.

Uno pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Williams manages to break the clinch.
Uno takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Williams darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Uno moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Williams controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Williams wants to control from the top but Uno keeps moving.

Uno has his foot on Williams's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Williams works his way back into a safe position though.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Randy Williams just wasn't active enough.
Uno doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Uno dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Uno will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Williams avoids a wild elbow strike from Uno.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Uno lands a knee to the head.
Uno misses with a knee strike.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Williams takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Uno connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Williams momentarily.
Uno stuffs the takedown.
Uno is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Uno ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Uno avoids the body shot from Williams.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Williams is defended easily by Uno.
Uno tries to bum rush Williams with a series of wild strikes but Williams uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

A looping hook to the body misses from Uno. Williams does a little dance to reset his feet.

Uno has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Uno there as he acknowledges the shot.
Mahut Uno is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Williams connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Williams throws a jab when Uno was well out of range.
Uno uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Williams.
Uno looks to land a combination but Williams avoids it well.
Williams catches Uno with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Uno maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Williams could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Uno has cracked it and Williams is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Uno!
