Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Codi Gale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gale comes into the arena with Gravity kills - Guilty blaring out of the sound system. On his way into the cage it seems that Codi Gale has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Codi Gale seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gale scores with the left hand. Kennedy knows he should have avoided that one.
Kennedy shoots in but Gale avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Kennedy throws a leg kick that misses.
Kennedy's corner calls for a 1-2. Kennedy obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Gale dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kennedy. That did some damage!
Gale scores with a decent looking hook.

It looks like George Kennedy has been cut.
Kennedy throws a low kick but it's checked well by Gale.
Kennedy shoots for a takedown but Gale saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Kennedy takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gale has closed the distance and engaged Kennedy in a clinch.
Kennedy scores a nice knee to the body.
Gale misses with an elbow strike.
With the fighters up against the cage, Gale throws an elbow but misses.
Kennedy is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Gale is defending well for now.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Gale just misses with a elbow thrown towards Kennedy's brow.

Gale escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Gale defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kennedy.
Codi Gale has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of George Kennedy.
Kennedy uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gale.
Gale lands a nice looking body kick.
Kennedy throws a half hearted mid kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Gale.
Kennedy tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Kennedy moves out of range of the body kick from Gale.
Codi Gale seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kennedy misses with an attempted mid kick.
Kennedy takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Gale lands a nice looking body shot.

Gale motions for Kennedy to come forward. Gale throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Kennedy throws a head kick that misses.
Kennedy is trying desperately to land a takedown but Gale is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Kennedy.

Kennedy steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Gale. That one must have hurt.
Kennedy looks gassed!
Gale lands an overhand right.
Whack! Gale lands a heavy head kick that drops Kennedy. The ref tackles Gale to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Kennedy was done.
