Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sakuragi Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Pepper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sakuragi Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peter Pepper!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pepper tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Pepper jabs at Johnson's body.
Johnson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Johnson throws a body punch but Pepper moves out of range.
Johnson misses with a low kick.
Johnson looks to score with a jab to the body but Pepper is just out of range.
Johnson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pepper is fending him off so far but Johnson persists. Nope, Pepper circles away and we're back to standing.
Johnson avoids the head kick by Pepper.
Johnson shoots in but no luck this time.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Johnson goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Pepper throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Johnson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Pepper fails with an attempt to clinch.
Some wild striking there from Johnson.
Johnson moves forwards but Pepper connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Pepper lands with a straight right. Johnson didn't see that one coming.
Johnson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Johnson throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Some bone on bone action there as Pepper checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Johnson swings for the body but Pepper moves out of range.
Johnson wants to slow Pepper down by chopping away at his legs.
Johnson looks to land a combination but Pepper avoids it well.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pepper lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Pepper's jab looks to have found its range, popping Johnson under the eye.
A left and a right from Pepper both land. Nice combination.
Pepper slaps away a takedown attempt from Johnson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sakuragi Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pepper keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Johnson shoots in but no luck this time.
Pepper clobbers Johnson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Pepper closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Johnson jumps guard and drags Pepper to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Pepper is looking to stand up but Johnson won't let him.
Pepper wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving.
Pepper wants to pass the guard but Johnson is keeping the position.

Pepper gets to his feet - Johnson follows without any prompting.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Pepper lands a glancing blow to the side of Johnson's head.
Pepper works over Johnson's head and body with a nice combination.

Johnson is rocked!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Oh Johnson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Pepper pulls Johnson into guard.
Johnson stops Pepper from standing up.

Johnson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Pepper is on top in guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Johnson is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Pepper frees his head nicely. Oh but Johnson has switched to an armbar! Pepper is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
