Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ray Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Saliva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gunn comes into the arena with England belongs to me blaring out of the sound system. Saliva has chosen Macaco da Ribeira as his entrance music. Ray Gunn has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Jim Saliva!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saliva avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Saliva throws a right and a left that Gunn avoids nicely.
Gunn walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Saliva checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Gunn swings for the body but Saliva moves out of range.
Saliva gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Gunn counters with a three punch combo that has Saliva backing up. Saliva nods at Gunn to acknowledge the strikes.
Saliva throws a sloppy head kick and Gunn moves out of range easily.
Gunn avoids the head kick by Saliva.
Gunn dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Saliva. That did some damage!
Saliva takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Gunn forces Saliva back against the cage and clinches.
Gunn throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Gunn keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Saliva's efforts to push away.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Gunn creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Saliva is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Gunn manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

You can see the frustration on Saliva's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Gunn lands a strong strike to the head of Saliva. That's dazed him! Gunn looking to finish here. Saliva is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Gunn lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
