The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dai shoots in but Rampage avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Dai takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Rampage lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Mike Rampage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dai shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rampage as he jumps to the side.
Mike Rampage has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Dai.
Dai has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Rampage.

Dai manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Rampage on his heels. He'll look to pass Rampage's guard now, I'm sure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rampage bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dai's guard.

Rampage is looking to stand up but Dai isn't so interested in that idea.

Dai drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Dai as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Rampage screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Dai! Nice submission victory there!
