Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hideo Toyoku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Power has chosen Max is coming, better be ready... as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toyoku throws a jab but it's blocked by Power.
Power throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Power avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Toyoku scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Power manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Toyoku on his heels. He'll look to pass Toyoku's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Power slips nicely into half guard.
Power lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Power tries to pass the half guard into mount. Toyoku knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Power missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Power not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Power is trying to control the action in half guard but Toyoku is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Toyoku wants to improve his position but Power is controlling well.
Toyoku works his way to full guard. Good work.
Power content to stall in guard here.
Power looking to improve position, pressing down on Toyoku's thigh with his hand. Toyoku seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Power paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Power's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Toyoku picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
