The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Daniel Cesar and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gorvinskichev displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ecco.
Ecco is looking to clinch but Gorvinskichev is avoiding it.
Gorvinskichev swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Ecco counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Ecco fails with a takedown attempt.
Horrible takedown by Ecco or perhaps it was just good defense by Gorvinskichev which made him look bad.
Steve Gorvinskichev has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bradley Ecco.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Gorvinskichev has cracked Ecco with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Gorvinskichev lands another huge swinging hook and Ecco tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Ecco, before Gorvinskichev can land any more shots!
